Mar. 7th, 2006 01:58 pmI was looking through my old journal entries, and came across one of my favorites, which I posted exactly 2 years ago. Many of you probably didn't see this, so here it is again:
The Game of "SOCK"

Rules for the game of "SOCK"
Object:
To capture a sock from your opponent and get them to chase you around the house with it for as long as possible.
Rules:
1. Player chooses his opponent by finding and stealing a sock belonging to the opponent.
2. Opponent must be awake and made aware that a sock has been stolen.
3. Socks may be either clean or dirty, but dirty ones are preferred.
4. Player must retain possession of the sock even if cookies, chewies or toys are offered in exchange.
5. The game is over when either: A. The opponent re-captures the sock. or B. The opponent becomes too exhausted and gives up the chase.
Strategy:
The game can be kept going for long periods of time by using circular chase routes ~ like: around the dining room table.
Winning:
Upon winning, the player gets to eat the sock.
