Rural Wanderings

I went out exploring the countryside last Sunday afternoon. While driving around the back roads of Memphis and Jordan, north west of Syracuse, NY, I came across a road that I vaguely remembered from years ago. For the most part, it was an unremarkable road, skirting the south shore of Cross Lake, with a number of tawdry summer camps and a few houses spread along it, but I also remembered seeing a very odd ruin there. After a short time, I came across the same odd ruin that I had seen some 8 or 10 years ago.
